Your choice, confirmed by email
Signup availability is shown on each form. When enabled, choosing Subscribe requests a confirmation email. Regular newsletter eligibility is managed by our email provider after you confirm. Visiting a confirmation page alone does not subscribe you.
What the signup uses
The form asks only for your email address. The provisional integration uses Brevo to process the confirmation request, manage subscriptions and suppression, and deliver email. A consent version, request time and placement (home, article or tool) are recorded in a configured provider attribute. This is a record of the request, not proof of confirmation.
Cloudflare Turnstile verifies submissions to reduce automated abuse. Its verification code is checked on our server. Keyed, pseudonymous email and connection IP identifiers are used for short-lived rate limits. The signup application does not keep a subscriber database or log submitted addresses, verification codes or provider error bodies.
Launch retention policy under review
Before opening public signup, we will finalize retention and cleanup controls. The proposed limits are 30 days for unconfirmed requests, 90 days for restricted private quality-assurance evidence outside Brevo, and necessary contact and consent records during an active subscription plus one year afterward, subject to purpose review. Minimal opt-out and suppression records are reviewed separately to prevent accidental resubscription. These are launch proposals; automatic cleanup has not been configured.
Reporting policy under review
Before sending, we will review provider tracking settings and this notice. The proposal uses native anonymous aggregate delivery, bounce, unsubscribe, complaint and click reports, with opens used only for diagnosis and automated signals filtered where supported. Anonymous tracking is not currently established by this proposal; the last provider review on October 9, 2026 showed marketing anonymization off and automated signals included. Account-wide changes require review because they can affect other newsletters.
Control your subscription
Every newsletter must include an unsubscribe link and a monitored reply address before sending is enabled. Use that link to stop newsletter mail or reply for help with your information. Unsubscribed, bounced and suppressed addresses remain under the provider’s controls; this form does not clear those controls.
Interest selection, if offered through a verified provider preference link in an email, is optional. You can skip it. Signing up does not enroll you in separate sales outreach. No scorecard or other download is promised.
